Priyanka is an Associate Partner leading the Industrial & Allied Sector Practice and is based out of our Delhi office. With two decades of experience spanning Business Development and Human Capital Management, Priyanka has a rich background in talent management across varied industries. Over 15 years, Priyanka spearheaded talent strategies for organizations in both media and manufacturing sectors, including notable names like Reliance Entertainment, NDTV, HT, National Geographic, Hitachi Metals, and Escorts Limited. Priyanka's expertise lies in driving cultural transformation, fostering diversity and inclusion, nurturing leadership pipelines, and cultivating learning organizations.

Priyanka's last assignment before entering the Executive Search business has been the Regional Head for North at Reliance Entertainment for 4.5 years. In this role, Priyanka headed BD and Sales in the North region for digital content, gaming, and in-film branding, and creative crowdsourcing. Prior to joining FyneHand, she was associated with NGS Global as a Client Partner working with diverse industries such as Engineering, Technology, Automotive, Retail, Fintech, Edtech etc. in filling their talent needs. Priyanka is a postgraduate from Pondicherry University. In her free time, she likes to pursue music and dancing.
