Anjali leads the Private Equity, Venture Capital & Portfolio Practice and is based out of our Mumbai office. She has over 15 years of experience in executive search and senior management hiring and has executed more than 250 successful search assignments.

In her career, she has advised Fortune 100 companies, diversified Indian business houses, PE/VC firms, MNC clients and high-potential growth start-ups. Anjali’s experience covers a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Financial Services, Internet, Consumer Technology, Consulting, PE/VC funds and their portfolios. She has also developed specialized expertise in leadership searches and Diversity & Inclusion focused assignments. In addition to the above, she has successfully conducted several organization, market and compensation diagnostic studies for clients.

Anjali is a graduate from Mumbai University and is passionate about working with the Not-for-Profit sector for their leadership needs. She is a director on the board of a trust sponsoring educational institutes.
