Anirudha is a Partner leading Business Development, Strategy & Marketing at the group level and is based out of our Mumbai office. An astute management professional with 20+ years of experience across multiple verticals, he possesses a successful background in building & lending support to high-performing teams. Most recently, he served as Sr Advisor – Director’s Office at Bhagchandka Group, a $1.2B turnover closely held business conglomerate, where he was responsible for evaluating and scaling new opportunities as well as ramping up people capital.

Within the group, he was instrumental in setting up an Early-Stage Venture Fund as well as new ventures in Trade Finance & Infrastructure. Prior to Bhagchandka Group, he had scaled multiple startups across digital marketing, fintech and e-commerce post his MBA. Before pursuing his MBA, he spent about 5 years within the engineering and automobile industry in strategic business development roles. Having built high-capacity teams multiple times, he understands the importance of Talent required to achieve growth.

Anirudha is an Engineering Graduate from Manipal Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from Bradford University School of Management, UK. In his free time, he loves to pursue endurance sports and is an Ultra Marathoner.
